Dr Debashish Sengupta, Course Leader for MSc International Business and Management (IBM), is widely recognised within UoP London for consistently going above and beyond in his engagement- both within the university and in his own time.
Deb was recently invited as a guest on the Staffroom Stories podcast. The podcast is hosted by Yvonne, founder of LocaeRise, a platform dedicated to helping schools and communities fund and deliver real‑world impact. In the episode, Running a School on Desert Logic | What Universities See After You've Done Your Best, Deb discusses the next generation of learners, the AI generation, and how universities and employers are adapting to meet their needs.

Last week, Deb also took part as a panellist in a webinar organised by Atombit (UK) and The UK Contact Centre Forum, part of a three‑part series exploring the future of Customer Experience in the age of AI.
