He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Leicester, which serves as the foundation for his interdisciplinary approach to business education.
Dr. Milanzi’s research is positioned at the intersection of ethnic entrepreneurship and the broader African entrepreneurial landscape. His work is driven by a commitment to evidence-based policy and the development of robust support systems for ethnic-owned businesses.
