Biography

Before transitioning into academia, Ali spent over 15 years in the IT and Telecom industries, holding a variety of roles, including Product Manager, Agile Project Manager, and Systems Analyst and Designer. During this time, he contributed to the success of major projects and gained invaluable industry knowledge, which now enriches his academic career. He had the opportunity to work with leading companies such as Ericsson, Nokia, and MTN, where he not only contributed to key initiatives but also delivered professional development courses and served as a consultant and instructor for various organizations. 

With over five years of teaching experience, he has actively contributed to academia through published research and thought leadership in his field. He takes pride in blending practical industry experience with academic theory, ensuring that his students gain a deep understanding of real-world applications in IT and Agile project management. 

Maintaining a strong connection between hands-on experience and academic rigor is a core principle in his work. This integration offers immense value to both students and professionals, helping them bridge the gap between theory and practice for more impactful learning and growth
