Key details on accepting your Clearing offer
No matter if you applied through UCAS or directly with us, a verbal offer will be followed by an email confirmation with instructions on how to accept it.
Keep in mind that Clearing places are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Your offer is only valid while spaces remain and may be withdrawn if the course fills up.
You can accept your offer starting at 1 PM on Thursday, August 14th (Level 3 Results Day)
If You Have a UCAS Account
If you received an offer from us through UCAS Clearing, you’ll need to select the University of Portsmouth London as your Clearing choice on UCAS Hub to confirm your place.
How to Accept Your Clearing Offer on UCAS:

Log in to UCAS Hub.

Select Add Clearing choice and enter:

UCAS code: P80

The course you’ve been offered.

UCAS will notify us once you’ve added our details.

Our acceptance will appear in the Choices section.

UCAS will confirm your place.
Important: You can only accept one offer—once you confirm, any previous offer will be withdrawn.

If You Don’t Have a UCAS Account
Your offer email includes instructions on how to accept your place. To confirm your offer, simply fill out our Record of Prior Acceptance Form , which registers your place with UCAS.
You don’t need to create a UCAS account—just complete the form, and we’ll handle the rest by notifying UCAS for you.
